Pressing Instructions for Austin DTF Transfers
Welcome! To ensure the best results with your DTF transfers, please follow our pressing instructions carefully. Proper pressing helps maintain color vibrancy, durability, and softness.
DTF Pressing Instructions: Cotton Fabric (100% Cotton)
- Step 1: Crank your press to 260°F (127°C)
- Step 2: Give it a quick 10–12 second press.
- Step 3: Apply firm, even pressure, think gentle bunny hops.
- Step 4: Peel it hot and instantly and then hop straight to your next shirt!
DTF Pressing Instructions: Polyester Fabric
- Step 1: Heat your press to 260°F (127°C).
- Step 2: Press for a quick 8–10 seconds.
- Step 3: Use medium pressure—just right, not too soft, not too squishy.
- Step 4: Peel while warm, wait a few seconds and give it a little hop so your design sticks perfectly.
- Step 5: Bounce over to your next shirt and keep the flow going!
Austin DTF Pre-Press Check
- Calibration ensures that both the temperature and pressure are accurate for a flawless transfer.
- Use a temperature gun to verify that the display matches the actual heat of the press.
- If there’s a discrepancy, note it and adjust so you’re pressing at the correct temperature!
